AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Note: Initially, papers must adhere strictly to the format specified by the Conference committee. Authors should be aware that their paper will need to be formatted according to the guidelines provided for the journal or conference proceedings (Scopus /WOS indexed).

To assist authors in achieving a standardized format during the draft stage, the following guidelines are provided:

Overview of the Journey from Paper Submission to Publication:

1. Authors are required to prepare their papers following a common format and submit them online for initial screening and review.
2. All submitted papers will undergo blind peer review by assigned Conference Paper Editors to assess their quality and suitability for publication.
3. Editors will make decisions on which papers qualify for journal publication based on the reviews received.
4. A mandatory plagiarism check will be conducted for all qualified papers, and any paper with more than 20% plagiarism will be automatically disqualified. Authors must ensure that their contributions are entirely original and properly cited.
5. Only authors of papers selected for journal publication will be contacted, and they will receive reviewer comments for further revision.
6. Authors must submit revised versions of their papers before the deadline, adhering to quality and formatting standards for publication in approved journals/proceedings.
7. After the second review, editors will make final decisions on the papers and communicate them to the respective authors.
8. Upon acceptance, authors must format their papers strictly according to the journal or proceeding guidelines to prepare the camera-ready version. Optional author services and support are available at a nominal cost.
9. Authors must complete and sign required forms mandated by the publishers for the publication process.
10. Authors must declare that the submitted conference papers are original works, not previously published or under consideration elsewhere, in the covering letter accompanying the final version submission.
